What's it worth?

Post by risingblue1 »

Does anyone have a view how much this would be worth either as trade, cash or privatley?

RB R with Satnav and service pack 16k miles March 2010 registered. Immaculate throughout all tyres all between 5 and 7mm.

High quality wax used from new.

Thanks,

James.

Got offered £18k cash bit dissapointed really. But don't want another VW and a bit wary about selling privately.

Tried We buy any car? The price will be low but none of "risks" associated with private sale.

They will try and knock £1k off that figure once they see the car by pointing out every stone chip and blemish.

I think I would hate that given that its better condition than most cars I've ever seen at new! Not a single swirl in the paint

I can imagine but that's their job.

To get the money it's really worth you will need to sell privately. Any other route means that the buyer has to purchase at a value they can turn around a nice healthy profit

With the car trade as it is at the moment, I think a lot of people are disappointed at what they are being offered for their car but buyers are thin on the ground.
