I'm filling up with Esso at the moment to get the free cinema tickets - 3 x £30 fill ups gets you a ticket at your local cinema - worth almost a tenner to me.

Just filled up, not empty but took £60 worth. I said to the girl is that the price with the 5p a litre off? She said "eh? what are you talking about?" and a voice from a back office shouted, "yeah, it's already off!"

So hopefully I got it with the reduction. But as I don't know the usual price I'll need to take their word for it.

Filled up today too. Pump said £141.9 (usual price) but display said £136.9 when I began filling

Asked if that includes the 5p off promotion. Said no so promptly gave me £2.20 off !

Don't think it included all garages, may not have been participating.

Bit late now but the web link tells you which garages are taking part in this offer. Looks like 50% are not.
