I'm supposedly picking up and sorting out all the paperwork for my Scirocco on Saturday with Alan Day. I'm travelling a fair distance and have said several times I need to sort the paperwork and take the car on the same day so it'll be interesting to see how they perform.

I will say though I had a phone call from them a few days ago asking if when I made an inquiry they had what I wanted, when I replied saying I was in the process of buying one the woman on the phone seemed surprised haha

I had 3 days to get my car back to stock, as he wanted to hit his sales target month end. They had 2 weeks from me viewing the car to me picking it up to get the items I wanted sorted, and on the day before collecting they said parts were on back order. I wasn't in any hurry to collect car but they insisted I collect month end. On collection half the things that were supposed to be done werent done. So had to go back again, which was another 2 weeks then they had no courtesy car for me. After finally getting car to them as its 40miles away from me, they done the final items. On collection they had marked my bonnet all over, I have a rattle and a gap between bumper and side panel.

Has to go back again to get more stuff.

Just none stop little annoying things, but because they are far away it's just a nightmare to get car to them and get it back.

Ahh that sounds a right ball ache! Typical sales.. Move the earth for you before hand.. But as soon as you've parted with your cash its a different story!

I almost did a deal on the midnight blue R.. But I'm not happy with the finance figures and it's not like I've even negotiated on the list price! See what they say to my last reply. I'm in no rush to buy.. I've been looking since I got rid of my 177 RLine.
