Hi there. Car looking great. Must ask I was looking at getting T5 grill. Where did you get yours from ?

bought it from FK - my pal who owns the bodyshop said it was a lot of work and vows not to do another but i reckon that may change !!
If he had enough demand for them he could get a mould made and have them made to fit

Can you please get some close ups of your t5 grill, mainly the inside, the top and where the bars attach?
I'm in the process of attempting mine and so far i have the honeycomb cut and the bars from the t5,
really need to see an example of the inside and what to cut and what not to.
Please help!

Even with a close up pic u can't really see anything as the bodyshop has smoothed it in to the existing grill so it looks one piece. My mate said it was a difficult and time consuming job. He had the car off me for over a week but was doing other jobs in between.
On another note yesterday i fitted some hydraulic bonnet lifters, great little mod and something vw should've fitted from factory.

Been a bit busy over the last couple of weeks trying to do a deal on a new car for my gf (hate selling cars) so havent had chance to do any bits on the roc, but yesterday i had confirmation that the cherished plate could be put on the car and also removed the bentley wheels and replaced them with some wheels i bought off Gaz on here.
Had them refurbed and colour changed to silver.
Whats the verdict ??
