Firstly this is the showroom for pictures, just thought I'd point that out!
Secondly you've either ordered the Candy White or your leaning towards that decision? That's me assuming due to your ordering a 1.4 TSI 122 in Candy White?
Lastly I've gone for Candy White which is a very nice colour but the downside I see to that is that the fact that the majority of Scirocco's are Candy White.
Rising Blue, Dark Grey and Viper Green are also very sexy colours.

Re: Need help
I have a Rising Blue now, but i couldn't choose the color.
If i were to do it again, i would pick Dark Oak Brown without any hesitation. I think it's the perfect color.

Re: Need help
The first thing you should do is check how much insurance will be. I can tell you now, it'll be mental.
Don't want to sound like an old crone, but your first car should really be an old shed of car for under 2k. Statistically you're very likely to prang it and you won't mind one jot if it's an old banger but you will if it's a brand new 20k scirocco. Your first car is all about learning how to drive in the real world, not looking cool. You could get an old car and be several thousand pounds better off.

My son (now 19) bought a 1.2 Corsa last year - the ins was more than he paid for the car. He's ran it for just over a year, built up his first no claims bonus (50%), sold it and bought an Astra SRI. Coupled with being a year older & the reduction in ins premium he's insuring it for just over half the previous cost.
My ins company wouldn't even quote to put him on my Roc ins.......

Yes - I echo the comments above, I made do with 'bangers' many years ago to get some no claims bonus and as Kev said to learn about real world driving.
How times have changed, I was 33 by the time I could afford my first new motor!

Re: Need help
I agree with what everyone above has said so far, 100%.
I was in a similar situation to you, got my rocco through motability though needed it for transport for treatment everyday, but I was the same age as you but I'd been driving for a while. I'd honestly recommend getting something cheaper and smaller until you have a few thousand miles under your belt, and this will knock a large amount off your insurance too, and we all know the statistics for new drivers having a prang and I'm sure you'd much rather it was a prang in something where it doesn't matter as much than in your pride and joy!
As for colours, I went for black which has been a nightmare to clean at times but it looks stunning when it's washed and waxed! My advice would be to probably go for something that doesn't show dirt as much though!
