SMART pack

Post by lokyt »

When I bought my Roc I added 3 year SMART pack to maintain the appearance and finish of the car. After I detailed the car last week I noticed one or two minor minor light scratches and stone chips. I called them up today (AutoProtect). They took details down and said they will arrange for a "local mobile service" to pop round and have a look and sort the lil bits out.

Has anyone had any experience with this SMART pack? Feedback would be appreicated :p

I wish. I regret not getting it due to the little scratches I keep finding on my car after parking in the grocery store lot. Let us know how it goes.

Think it was £300 for the 3 years can claim repairs of up to £3000. Just found the lil cratches/chips after I detailed the Roc. Might aswell make use of it as I have paid for it.

I received a call from a guy who works for dent wizard and have arranged an appointment for next week. Just a bit wary of mobile repairs however chipsaway is mobile and meant to be decent.

If its anything like the wheel repair service I wouldnt bother. I took it out had a wheel done after a slight curbing and it's a completely different finish to the other 3. its a dull silver, the paint has reacted, and theres even a run on one of the spokes also if you rub your hand accross it feels like a grain. Im going to get the whole set powder coated gloss black now as it looks bloody awful.
