Hi
Do you know whether the part number for the R spoiler is 1K8 827 933 FGRU and did it come with the high level brake light?
Cheers

Hi,
I'm not sure about the part number. My dealer ordered the spoiler without me having to do anything. The spoiler comes with high level brake light, and the spoiler itself has to be painted.

PPS! Remeber to order the black "lists" that is placed vertically at each side of the trunk window (running from below the new R-spoiler).

Hi
Thanks anyway. Just a quick one, how long did it take to get the part delivered?

I thought that the black trims were the same - I measured them on my R and on another with the proper R spoiler and a standard one.

My dealer ordered the parts for me, so I don't know unfortunately. My parts came from Germany, so it might take some days for them to arrive.

They are not the same, trust me. My dealer also thought they were the same at first, but called me the day the spoiler was fitted and told me it looked very stupid with the standard lists, so they dismounted the R-spoiler again and ordered the R-trim for me.

The top of the trim lists has a differend angle than those that are used with the standars spoiler, so you'll get a big gap if you don't use the black trim lists that are ment for the R-spoiler...

I only have 18" winther wheels, mate. But I have driven my car with 18" summer wheels as well. Not too big difference, but 18" is more comfortable. That said, 19" is comfortable enough with "comfort" mode DCC activated. There's a bit more road noise with 19 vs 18 also.
Handling is great with both, but even better with the 19" which has less rubber on them...

Hi Kenti,

Your Roc is looking great. :hyper: Sorry that I couldn't read the whole thread. Can I ask, your R-Line is installed when you order the Roc? Or it is installed separately? I wonder What is R-Line means in Roc. Is that something like the Votex set? I am still looking around for the body kit.

Also, I re-attached your Rim's, and I would like to ask, what size and what brand is it? It looks great also. I wanna find one as well.

Thanks~ :yes:

Hi Timothy,

Thanks :)

Yes, the "R-Line Plus" pack was fitted by VW before I got the car. It is part of the extras here in Norway. "R-Line Plus" is a styling kit for both exterior and interior. Votex is another styling kit, but only for exterior - it looks good as well.

The R-Line Plus kit consists of:
* 18” alloy wheels named “Mallory”
* R-Line front spoiler
* Scirocco-R rear bumper w/ black R-Line diffuser
* Scirocco-R roof spoiler (larger that default Scirocco)
* Scirocco-R tail lights (black tinted) - my car now has LED tail lights which are not fitted by VW
* Scirocco-R ‘side skirts’
* Door sills with R-logo
* R-logo on seat headrests
* R-Line Multifunction Steering wheel with R-logo
* Black roof inside
* Aluminium pedals
* ‘Silver Lane’ decor inside
