Wow picked my Roc up yesterday

Post by Gadgetbuster »

Two days of driving, all i can say is Wow wow Wow, what a fantastic motor.

I am so very pleased with my new car, accelerates like a bat out of hell, sticks to the road like glue and is smooth and comfortable.

Honestly who could want any more out of a car, would it be rude of me on all other cars on the market to say that i truly think this is one of the best motors out there.

Ok, the fuel gets used up a bit quick, but if i wanted economy then i would have bought a 1.2 Polo Bluemotion, i am prepared to pay the extra bit to fill it up more often for the awesome performance it gives me.

How fantastic VW

Simon :D :vibes:  :hyper: ;) 8) :eyepop: :yummy:

well I have to agree....Simon, 17months down the road, its still a fab car, and if you read Autocar they are still raving after running a GT 2.0TSi and currently a R....

I've had mine since last Thursday and have to agree with a lot of what you have said. But what has amazed us is how smooth the car rides. It's been in comfort since we've had it because of the state of our local roads. Far far superior ride to my departed Volvo. Even the dastardly speed humps are negotiated much better. With the DSG box the car is so easy to drive at low speeds. My bog standard radio is even miles ahead of the Volvo................and the Cocker loves it.

It is quite a stiff ride but still more comfortable than my old Alfa 147. I have been reading the manual (please don't laugh at me) and i cant believe how many features the car has. It is like every one at VW has sat round the table and someone said, right we are going to design a car, what features should it include. I find everything about it fantastic. Has anyone experienced the Flashing brake lights if you need to emergency brake and then the hazard warning lights coming on automatically? how much of a safety feature is that?
