Errrrr 1p.

who would bother buying a car with the steering wheel on the WRONG side, when there are lots available with it on the CORRECT side.

Unless it's seriously discounted, it's just not worth the insurance hassle. Well stocked with expensive extras, but (unless your equipment list is incomplete) it lacks some standard UK kit like ACC.

LHD Imports are an insurance minefield, and unless you bring a car in because it's otherwise unavailable in the UK (like a Bumblebee Camaro - there's one near us :D ), you'd just buy the RHD one. I wouldn't aim to pay more than £12k for it - the depreciation will be hideous (unless you sell it on over on the continent, not taking any import fees into account) and it will be a real pain to insure.

Why not just sell it in a LHD country? France would be close? Is it on UK plates or not?

You could lease it out.

There are sites around where you can do this. Maybe a smaller company could do this for you on the continent too. It's only going to depreciate, so make money out of it while you can.

For UK: http://www.whipcar.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; - Someone may borrow it for going abroad etc.
