Deep scratches on back window

Found some deep scratches on the back window yesterday. Had a little go at polishing them out but looks like i removed some of the black heat reflecting coating. :(
Everything i touch i make worse! Anybody know how much a genuine fitted replacement would cost? May have to consider insurance job if astronomical. :eyepop:

Its about £205 for non tinted, £240 for tinted , both + VAT and fitting (to be added).
