They don't do the rocco wheels in black, only the golf R has black as a colour option, so they would need to be painted.

having spoken to KW about V3s the only difference is the springs, hence if you went V3 on the 2.0tsi you could change the springs if you went R
looking on the kw website it lists the same coilovers for the R as the tsi and tdi

This weekend looking at the R just had a thought that the 19s actually look a bit weedy.

Wondering if a set of 20s will look better or will it ruin the handling?

Hmm

Not as weedy as the Golf R I saw at Santa Pod yesterday on 18's, that looked pants.

But yeah think a set of black glossy 20's would look fine and dandy on your car, go for it :)

i think 20s would be a tad too much and look a bit gimicky. 19s are the ideal, which together with lowering, provides a nice balance with the car.

it aint a tractor Lee ;)

20's are fine on a Scirocco. Mine had absolutely no real handling issues when i had the 20's on, even with the 10's at the rear! Just a bit of poke due to the immense offset and width

Tyres are pretty much rubber bands, but the 35profile 19's have such stiff sidewalls anyway there is little change going to the 30profile 20.

FK452's are remarkably affordable in 20" sizes aswell ;)

Now that last pic looks good...but not in orange lol

Maybe it's the lowering stance that does it. Gotta say looks so much better even with just the H&Rs

think i'm going straight for kw coilovers, the design of the standard wheel makes them look small i think
i cant decide wether black would look right on RB maybe a anthracite would be better

I think to pull 20" rims off you would need quite a drop, otherwise there would quite a big arch gap still
