While your at milltek ask them why the scirocco tsi gt backbox Is massive and more importantly hangs down at a ridiculous angle.
Mine is stopping me going lower (70mm current) as it keeps clattering speed bumps.
Can they whip up a similar boxless section which can attach to a non res mid pipe???

there is a shallower version if you ask kindly, it still hangs down but doesn't look as sh#t and does and sounds better

P.s I have no issues with the sound. Now the non res has bedded in nicely, it sounds spot on, especially the dsg fart!
It's literally just the size of the damn thing!

only about a year, milltek make zorsts for VWR which have always come with a smaller back box (as per the GTI before), if you want a milltek version it won't be off the shelf, however, if you talk to someone like AMD they can no doubt order one (given their links) its the same with ceramic coatings they are special order

Car has stock map still.

I would say by my calculations the Milltek may have added about 10 bhp overall.

See the mini dyno session thread for more accurate numbers. :)

On stock Map yes but with bits added. But. You can see it's very close to a remapped car with no other mods.

Thats looking great! such a kick in the teeth for the Focus RS owners who think they are untouchable!! (especially the ones who keep dynoing 265 stock ha ha) :fall:

Finally had mine fitted yesterday, Pictures funnily enough are similar to Lee's except mine have the gorgeous shiny tips. ;)

Before...
X5.jpg
Off with old (upside down shot!)
X 1.jpg
The New, ready to go... Looking kind of cute all wrapped up :yummy:
X7.jpg
X2.jpg
And finally fitted...
X4.jpg
I love the sound on initial start up :D and have to agree with everything Lee said, at certain revs 'bit bonkers' yes its loud...but that's something i like, but cruising its no more noticible than OEM.
