Am not going to use the forum to have another moan about my STILL misfiring R (will do that later). I have another query for now.
I just noticed that the plate on the inside of the door pillar, states that my R has 230PS. See pic attached.
Does anyone else's have the same info, or can any one explain why it says 230 instead of 265?
Thanks

^ its either just the wrong sticker been applied or VW have not bothered to produce a 265 one, if the OP isnt sure just post us a picture of the engine bay and we can ensure its the 265 ps engine

Engine code on the R is CDL, this should be on the black data sticker in the door
, and you should have the black sticker for sure

On either door ?, it should be on the inner door frame on the passenger side just under the part where the door latches onto, there should be a Airbag warning sticker there too, the data sticker will have the VIN /engine number etc on it

My door plate was wrong so i wouldnt be surprised if other people's are too.
The door plates are stuck on by the dealer when they are prep'd (so i believe).

Dont have one. Out of curiosity, I looked at the engine codes a while back. CCZB is the 210ps code.
