Meet baby blonde :-)

Post by marriedblonde »

Not been around for a while due to a variety of reasons. One of them being the birth of my daughter :-) Born on the 28th weighing 9lbs 2oz, mother and daughter doing very well.

It all happened really, really quickly. My son was induced and the labour took almost 23 hours, this time we were warned that it would be quick and I needed to be stay close by. Well they weren't kidding. Start to finish was less than 2 hours, I'll skip the gory details of the placenta in case anyone on here is expecting a child ;-)

Claire was amazing throughout and did it all with gas and air and only swore once :-)

Olivia at approx 2 hours old.

Thank you :-)

@Chungster thats what wifes are for :-) so they get the family wagon. We have a mercedes ML as the family wagon, although we have just ordered a replacement as it is coming up for 3 years old. But not that much of a family wagon as she wanted an e-class convertable.

lol...nah it is based on the C-class floor plan, the call it the e-class so they can charge the earth for it... about the same size as an audi a5 cab or bmw 3 seires cab.

Congrats on your latest addition  . I have a question. How baby friendly is the Roc? I mean access to the rear seats while holding a baby? As my misses and I are thinking about starting a family, but with a baby in toe, a new car with 5 doors will be completly out of the question.

Congratulations, lovely kids....................But the birth of our second child back in 1989 meant we had to loose the other love of our life, my beautiful Mk 2 Silver/Blue Scirocco (P/Ex for a Lancer Estate) , be warned!

It's taken until last week to get our Mk3, 25 years of Estates and Small Hatchbacks that the kids could learn on and drive. On the plus side I now feel 25 years younger
