New Night Blue Scirocco

Post by gjedger »

Hi....finally after a 10 week wait I picked up my new night blue scirocco yesterday :)

Very pleased with it & definetly worth the wait!

Here's a few photos of the scirocco in night blue.

Awesome looking car mate. I like these darker colours on the Scirocco's. Any extras you added on?

Thanks....the only extras were the 18" interlagos wheels, front fogs & rear tinted windows. I had it de-badged as well partly because it's only a 1.4 TSI 160PS and partly because I think the back looks smoother without the badges. Wish I could have got a GT but couldn't afford it or any other extras. Still...very happy with it :)

I don't think you'll be disappointed with the 1.4 TSi, unless you spend a lot of your time on the race track.
Voted engine of the year I gather.

Yes...you're right the 1.4 TSI engine is very good....definitely not disappointed :) My last car had a 2.5 litre 225PS turbo engine inside which was faster (Ford Focus ST2) but I much prefer the Scirocco!

Nice Pictures , helped me decide against the cheaper white option. As I'm already at max budget (1.4 160 , 18" wheels, metallic paint , dynaudio and dab) does anyone have this colour without tints? Suppose I could get tint(at a lower standard ) in the future.

Would help final decision to see without if anyone knows anyone or any links etc!

Thanks in advance, owner to be!

I like that colour very smart...i opted for the darker blue until i was told it was discontinued...something understated and classy about it!
