METAL PEDDLES

Post by DREAD »

Spoke to my dealer earlier re the metal peddles. He tells me they are now standard on GT Spec models. Has anyone else heard this?

If that turns out to be true it would be wicked.
Makers sometimes do little twiddles after a car has been in production for a bit and they're identified early issues or things that need changing. If they're having to add metal ones to LHD and rubber for RHD it might just be a saved few thousand euros to avoid a delivery or six of the RHD pedals and fit the metal ones.

Daft question but If you were to order Metal Pedals for the DSG using the single DSG part number from the Roccopedia would you be supplied with both an Accelerator and a brake pedal?
08/11 - 12/13 2.0 TSI R DSG, Black / Black Vienna
01/09 - 08/11 2.0 TSI GT DSG, Black / Truffle Vienna

Black is the new Black....
