Sweeeet stuff
Got my Roc on Friday. Done 65 miles and enjoyed it every minute of it. Spec as its says on the right.
Those truffle coloured seats are amazing!
Just got to find someone with Vagcom.
One question I have is that in the new pricing list i.e. 2011 changes it says sealing tyres as standard on the GT. However I have normal Pirelli on them should I complain or not bother?
Pics to come.

only 65 miles?! go get driving man!!!
self sealing tyres are not really worth it imo so don't worry about it.

I think self sealing tyres could be costly in the long term so I'd leave if I was you - as long as you have got a spare wheel and jack kit.

Great to hear your wagon has arrived!
I checked yesterday and this morning (before heading off myself on a 300+ mile cruise today) ... and became worried that you hadn't been able to get delivery when I couldn't find any of your comments

Re: Sweeeet stuff
I picked up my car on Thursday and was expecting Continental self-seal tyres like the Passat CC, but have Pirelli P7 Cinturato ones. However I noticed that they do say 'Seal Inside' on them so I take it they are self-seal.bleedsoff wrote:One question I have is that in the new pricing list i.e. 2011 changes it says sealing tyres as standard on the GT. The car still comes with he normal jack and space-saver too.

Re: Sweeeet stuff
Yea me and Steve are kinda of close (not in that way ). Haven't even read the manual yet thats how busy I have been this weekend . To be honest I am a bit disappointed how few options are available on the car on the white screen. Just seems to be lights, winter tyres, mirrors and date/time. I thought there would be many options. Also very confused by this service screen. Mine is all blank????? What does that mean?trix wrote:Steve

Re: Sweeeet stuff
The service screen takes time to come up and display data as it has to get use to your driving, and average out the distances, etc. Try again in a few days/weeks/or onc more miles are there!

Re: Sweeeet stuff
In the last pic does anyone else have this effect on the car? Just confused as its the same on both sides. Only noticed it today must of not seen it when I check it at the dealership on friday (was mainly concentrating on wheels then).

Yep, I think also if you run your hand over it, it will be slightly courser, for protection etc.
