BMW 2010 maps in RNS510?

Post by MrSimmo »

Hi all,

Does anyone know which is the latest map set out of v6.1 of the VW nav maps and the BMW 2010 pro?

Basically I've got v6.1 on my RNS510 already but want the speed cameras without going through the rigmarole of patching the VW disk with the cams from somewhere like pocketgps world (basically im not that technical and I'd probably brick the unit!)

All the guides seem to be for version 4 of the maps so am concerned the processes might not work 100% for v6.1

Cheers, Simmo

Good shout I'd like to know this too and being a non techo I don't fancy the rigmarole as mentioned in the original post.

Bmw maps are always more upto date than the VW ones, there usually about a year ahead :-)
