My Candy White Rocco.

Post by Kratos47 »

Well, I have had my Scirocco for two weeks now and thought it was about time i posted a few thoughts so here goes......

:fall: WOW WHAT A GREAT LOOKING CAR. Been looking at them for quite some time but never took the plunge. Was really a choice between the Scirocco or the Volvo C30. I only managed to go to the dealer with my Bro who was collecting his new car. Saw this beautiful Black Scirocco R sat in the showroom. One sit in the driving seat and that was it.

After a bit of searching the dealer showed me this beauty. 2.0ltr 170ps, Candy white with leather trim, winter pack, panoramic sunroof and 2600 miles on the clock. After a decent test drive i had put my deposit down.

Few weeks later car was collected and has only really been used for work and back since.

Very impressed with the interior. It has a very sporty look and feel about it. Seating position is great and also having the panoramic sunroof puts a lot more light into the car and makes it feel really spacious.
I also like the tech in the car. being able to utilize the iphone with the cars audio system made me happy just a shame i can't make and receive calls on it. Strangley enough my 1st gen ipod nano doesnt work. no idea why??? got the right cable and all that too.

i don't know if anyone else has got this problem but everytime i get out of the car i have to walk behind it and just have a few momments checking it the rear end. It just looks so mean. Everything about the styling in my opinion is spot on. I am also totally in love with my 19" Laguno Alloys.

Here is a quick pic of my Rocco after my first long drive to Ynylas, North Wales for a day of kitesurfing.

I personally think the Front looks better than the Rear - doesn't look as mean from the rear imo.

In regards to you iPod question - have you updated the iPod to the latest software?
