Water marks on seats

Post by ashley1407 »

Do any of our detailing gurus know the best way to clear the slight water mark now present om the seat as a result of not getting dry from kayacking the other day? By the way, they are cloth rather than leather.

Thanks.

Ash.

you'll need to get hold of some upholstery cleaner to clean the mark off (or a vax if you're lucky enough) then after its try go straight to your local haberdashery/supermarket & buy a large can of scotch guard & spray all your seats with it so next time they will be stain resistant against most stuff  (leave the car as long as possible after otherwise you will fumigate yourself)

Thank yoouuu! Knew I'd get a good response on here, I fear on Net the topic will be more focused on suspicious causes of said stain!
