Auto lights and DRL's

I know there have been numerous threads about this subject, but none of them says something about the rear lights on the roc.
I have my new car for 4 days now and found out that the rear lights can't be switched off. With the light switch on 0 the front main lights are on together with the side lights and the ones in the rear. Auto is the same. when i put the switch on side lights, my interior instrument light goes on together with the front sidelights and the rears. I tried the indicator stalk method to switch the DRL's off and the first time i got the gong sound but it didn't have any effect on the lights. If i try to enable or disable the DRL's now, i don't get the gong sound anymore. Can anyone confirm that there car show similar signs? mine's a build week 8.

Find yourself someone with VCDS/Vagcom... he can disable it.
