Side mirror puddle lights

I would like to change my side mirror puddle lights to LED's but I cannot figure out how to get to the lightbulb.
I did a search on the forum but it doesn't seem like there has been an answer in the past.

Does anyone know how to change the bulb. I have the electric folding, heated ones.

I know remondo has done this but he doesn't seem to have put any instructions anywhere that I can find. Grr

I'm sure there was a post stating these were soldered LED board anyway and not easy to change (although appreciate nothing is impossible!)
