Pewter Grey 2.0 GT - New wheels....

Post by robmx »

Went mad, scrapped my old golf and got this, a new pewter grey rocco, running winter pack, cruise control and parking sensors. it's a vw approved used effort and have only had it about 2 weeks now.

Ony mods so far is to take the Halfords style scirocco badges off the back and take the dealer sticker out the rear window. Oh yeah and a dent in the door courtesy of someone in Pak carpark :(

Polished it, blasted 2 layers of Megs #16 wax on it and took these photos,

I'm loving it so far, am definitely up for modding it as well, but, this will be done over a longer period of cash strapped time and with the emphasis being on subtlety, just how is should be. So summat along the lines of, lower, wheels, bodywork, interior and may even pick up a few engine mods along the way when it's got a bit further into the warranty.

It's been ok so far, have tackled a few with no probs whatsoever. I'd say there's enough clearance to tackle most types with a bit of care :)

The rear quarter view is definitely one of the best angles. Can't wait to get my wheels sorted and fitted now.

Recently fitted 19" Rial Daytona Race's before Ultimate Dubs. Really happy with how they've turned out

Anyway, pics.....

Fitment is pretty much perfect and it's nice being able to see the wheel rim in the wing mirrors :)
