After the fiasco with the Roc and the supposed washers problem VW have kindly given me £200 to spend. The dealer metioned a bluetooth hands free that they can retro fit, not sure what its like or if its compatible with my phone (N97) She even said I could just go and buy some clothes or anything I wanted but I would need to send them a reciept as proof so they can send me a cheque to cover the costs. I would prefer something for the car that they can supply before its delivered, anybody have any suggestions of what to get.
The wee extras that are already on it are:
Load liner, Steel tread plates, aluminium pedal caps and mats.
Any ideas would be appreciated
Cheers
£200 What to get???
Re: £200 What to get???
I would think they mean the Bury kit when they mention retrofitable bluetooth Gav (which is conventional bluetooth), but I could be wrong.
can they not take the £200 off as extra discount as it would offset most of your accessories already added..

Ah I see. I have opted for a pressure washer, was looking to get one anyway. Reserved this from Halfords, looks like a great deal!trix wrote:I would think they mean the Bury kit when they mention retrofitable bluetooth Gav (which is conventional bluetooth), but I could be wrong.

Get some lowering springs and get them to fit them. Or get cruise control if you do motorway miles.

Lowering springs did cross my mind but have went for the pressure washer. Will no doubt get it lowered anyway. Dont do a lot of motorway miles so cant justify the cruise control.Candy Monster wrote:Get some lowering springs and get them to fit them. Or get cruise control if you do motorway miles.

Re: £200 What to get???
if the dealers fit a set of springs that you bought yourself, is your warranty still 100% valid?
Re: £200 What to get???
iirc your warranty will still cover everything else it just will not cover the springs & any problems arising from them (this has been covered before )

Maybe just ask them to knock it off the first couple of services ?
