Very nice!
Have to admit to quite fancying one of these myself, are the brakes stock or a factory order item or can they be retrofitted do you know?

Re: My new motor.
Booked in at Awesome end of this month for some eibach pro street coilovers. I'll choose a nice ride hight there and then.
The Ap Racing (Seat Sport) calipers were an optional extra (£1100) but you get a spare full sized alloy as as a space saver or normal steel wheel will not fit over the brakes. You also get some matching rear red bling on the rear calipers. They can be purchased and retro fitted from Seat. Parts are £800+VAT Not sure what fitting is but I thought what the hell get it all done at the factory.
I'm so impressed with the car. I drove to work today and managed 45mpg taking it steady. The Xenon's are great as well, they really light up the road so much better than normal lights.
