Pirelli P Zero on 19's

Post by Jed »

Hit a pothole on Monday night and popped a big hole in the tyre...took 4 days to resolve as the Pirelli P Zero fitted by VW as delivered were seemingly unheard of in the UK according to Kwikfit, ATS etc. ended up with them having to change the front 2 tyres as the tread on the Pirelli P Zero Rosso (closest match apparently) needed to be matched on the front so sayeth the fleet management person - I'm not paying so didn't offer an objection.

Has everyone else got just P Zero tyres as delivered? i.e. without the addition of 'rosso' etc. I found the whole event very strange!

Any thoughts?

The reason you changed both is because they are Asymetric tyres. The P Zero is available in various formats, you just have to find a dealer that provides tyres such as that.
