Sumatra Link
For those still unsure of choosing Sumatra or Dark Maroon as our European friends call it here is a good link to a German site. Ordered mine on 22/04 and still awaiting a build slot!

Re: Sumatra Link
Thanks for links. Ordered my sumatra about a month ago and have been trying to find some decent shots of it to convince me it was the right choice for me. Those are the clearest photos I've seen yet. Still happy with choice

Yeh, looks superb!..I like the slightly understated, subtle colour of sumatra. Think it oozes class, because people know it's a superb car, without the car screaming look at me!.....but i'm sure it will get plenty of attention...mines due early July, and i can't wait! Drove through a busy, posh town centre today and couldn't help thinking 'wish I was in the scirocco'...lol...that's the show off in me!

Here's a link to a gallery of pictures of the 'Roc in Sumatra (or 'Dark Maroon' here in Ireland and also, in Germany and other European locations):

Sumatra... Should have called it Chameleon. I've just looked at all the picies on that link and I don't think I've ever seen a colour that varies so much depending on light conditions or the surroundings.

Re: Sumatra Link
Here's a few pictures of my car that my dealer emailed me last week. Unfortunately it'll be sitting in the garage until January! Getting it registered in Northern Ireland as 2010 so need to wait until after 1st January! Looks like the dealer had it sitting in the rain before it was brought inside to take the pictures.
Re: Sumatra Link
Great pics Scirocco Bhoy, but it must be killing you knowing the car is ready and waiting at the dealers like that I don't think I'd be able to contain myself
Here's a video montage of some Rocs in Sumatra that I've just uploaded...
