Steering wheel controls?

Post by Slippy »

Are the Controls on the wheel as standard? Ive ordered a TDI model which will be arriving in january, and I would really like to know if the wheel will come with the various buttons that are shown in the pictures... or ig that is an optional extra...

the multifunction steering wheel only comes as standard with the GT.

If you ordered a standard roc, you'll need to add it to your spec...
Ordered: July 6th

As Chojin has said the multifunction steering wheel is standard on the GT trim Slippy, the TD140 engine is available in both standard Scirocco & GT trim
If you have just ordered the standard trim it is like my wheel here http://www.sciroccocentral.co.uk/forum/ ... 531#p29531 (click on the pic to see it closer up)

Having just looked at the configurator its currently saying the multifunction steering wheel isn't available on the standard trim but i'm sure it could be specced before (for an extra cost) so i'm abit bemused!

The wheel is not part of the original vw auto parts,it is an added option so if you want the wheel, you have to shed some more bucks.
