ive just noticed that my car does not have eletric front seat ! ! !
something ive totally forgotten about. I've checked my order receipt and it clearly states Leather inc heated and electric
where do i stand with my dealer and what will VW do ????
obviously its something i originally wanted and paid for
how shall i go about dealing with this before i call the dealer ranting and raving. ! ! ! !

Maybe go straight to Customer Services and see what they say and if they agree to put electric ones in, get it in writing and then you have something to show the dealer! thats maybe what i would do

Are you sure you mean fully electric seats or electric lumbar support? I haven't seen fully electric seats available for order except for 12-way driver electric seat which you have to order as extra.
