Rear Head Restraints

Post by AcC8braman »

Hi All,

My daughter was moaning at me the other day saying the head restraints are hurting her head - she has to keep it forward ( she is nearly 7)

Any one else moaned / noticed?

Im thinking of modding but don't know what to do?

Cheers

You could get a couple of small cushions made up that would attach with velcro or something. I take it its the hard plastic inserts that are hurting them?

Why not approach a custom car leather company, to ask if they can cover the plastic in leather to match the factory leather, with some decent foam padding under it?

That's a great idea iAmbu. Don't think it would cost that much and would probably look pretty good as well.

This way you would also retain the rear vision through the rear head restraints whilst reversing, and for rear vision in the rear view mirror. Only when the kids are not in the back though of course, otherwise their heads will block it! :p
