Have you seen the full house of colours yet?

Post by Kev »

I saw an opal silver tonight, but I'm still short of the Shadow Blue and Sumatra for my full house.

I've only ever seen one red and one viper green.

Have you got the full set yet?

Yes, did so as part of firming up or not on all the options available. Opal Silver was my last one, prior to that Sumatra. Both hard colours to find. Took nearly 8 weeks to spot them all.

Not seen them all in the flesh yet. Here's what I've seen so far:

Candy White
Reflex Silver
Viper Green
Rising Blue
Pewter Grey
Deep Black

So, just Red, Opal Silver, Shadow Blue and Sumatra to go.

However, I could have seen an Opal Silver but mistaken it for a Reflex Silver in thick cloud and sheeting rain ;)

Saw an Opal Silver in town traffic last week so that (still) just leaves Shadow Blue to go. Just as well I didn't hold out waiting to see one before I made my mind up as it was one of my options.
Only seen one Sumatra - it was in the showroom when I went to pick up my new Roc - nice and bit different.

Other than in the dealer, I've only seen mine (Black Magic) and Candy White on the road.

I live in the Highlands and hardly seen any! Seen my rising blue, a black one, a silver one, a shadow blue one and a salsa red. These are the only Rocs I have ever seen, there aint many up here! Hundreds of mk6 golfs tho. Its nice to be different!

I've seen them all I think. The last one I got was opal silver, unfortunately saw one that had been sandwiched between two other cars on the A1 :(

Oh and i'm sure i've seen a one off gold colour, looked like the old sand gold colour you could get mk4 golfs in. I'm guessing this could be possible if you pushed your dealer and/or vw very hard.

I've seen them all but I live in Milton Keynes (VW HQ) so am in a pretty good place for them... I think all the colours look good, and although I picked white in the end I think the best colour combo is the pewter gray with truffle leather...
