Scirocco R configurator

Having followed the link above to have a scan at the R-Line package there is a configurator or 'Konfigurator' on the left hand side. You can choose to spec a 'sport' or more importantly an 'R'.

It is all in German but I manged to make out most of the options that I wanted to add. I have tried to add the same options as my GT spec. RNS, DSG,Leather,parking sensors. The price for my spec.......wait for it......over 40,000 euros.

At least you get to see what it will look like in different colours. Doesn't seem to be an option for recaros like the old R32 and couldn't find an option for truffle leather. If anyone has more joy with it than I had then post some spec choices with the price.

If the price is accurate then the world has truly gone mad.

You have only two interiors available for the R, the standard one as you can see in one of these threas around here, and the black leather. That's all.
Only 5 exterior colors: black, white, silver, green and rising blue. In standard, you get xenon and LED, which is very nice, but no automatic climate control. Shame on you, VW!
