I’m currently using VW Citygate for my repairs and services and I’m extremely unhappy with them and so I’m looking to move on to find a better service provider.
I have a 2009 2.0 TSI with 60k on the clock and the vehicle has just received a long life service this month.
The problem is that it’s got 2 errors codes: P2004 intake manifold and P119A - Fuel pressure sensor malfunction. My biggest concern is that it has suddenly started consuming two times more fuel ( 11 miles per gallon) and engine is running rough
Ripoff VW Citygate wants to charge over £400 just for diagnostic excluding cost of the actual repairs.
Can someone please advise on the best way for me to proceed and most importantly, recommend a reputable dealer? if I cannot resolve this problem, I will have no alternative but to sadly get rid of the vehicle and probably by a Mini Cooper!!!
Please help!
Regards,
Jay.
