2.0litre tsi petrol engine

Need a new engine for my scirocco, cars been sitting there for 3 years barely started or running in that time. Anyone know anywhere or someone apart from eBay that I could possibly get a decent engine with not too high mileage?

Excuse me if I sound daft, but your post sounds like you are replacing an engine because it hasn’t started or run in three years, am I reading that correctly?
If so replacing an engine seems extremely drastic unless I am mistaken in why you need an engine.
