No, definitely not (2017 CULA). Mine is whisper quiet.
I think I heard that sound on another YouTube video of another ea888 engine. I think I recall it being something like the cam variator/actuator or something similar, and when unplugged (there's a vacuum connection I believe?) the noise went away.

Sounds like the cooling fans are running, AC was on?
And at start up it also heats up the cat.
Noticed a small hickup sound also.

Cam actuator noise:
Open the bonnet and have a listen around the left hand of the engine around the top of the timing chain area. It's difficult to tell from the video, but I think you are referring to the ticking / rattling noise. If so, then it's almost certainly the above issue.

Unfortunatelly my "problem" is different than what shown on those youtube videos.

i got the Cam actuator noise but I had it since the beginning. Timing chain was replaced at 160K and now I'm at 335K.
