Cruise Control Display

Post by DaveyJ »

So I used cruise control for the 1st time today, am I been dumb though. When activated shouldn't the information screen display what speed it's set to?

I can't activate it fine and actually manage to alter the speed when it's activated, just takes a few seconds to find the right speed as there's no actual display of what it's running to. I've scrolled through all the menus, nothing shows it.

Am I actually missing the obvious 🧐

this is depend ECU
set up speed is a feedback from ECU
if ECU support this - you can see
if not support - you can only see speed what you SET

On my MY12 Scirocco when cruise control is activated, the odometer mileage reading is replaced with cruise control speed.

Yeah mine doesn't, must be faulty 😂 was factory fitted. I just have to guess what it's set to and adjust when I see the Speedo move

Try to look also into Cluster adaptation - cruise control display
if not, try to find higher SW cluster
