Media option literally just disappeared. Was using for a few weeks with samsung s9+ then one morning option just went. I can have calls via BT but nothing else. I don't believe it's the phone as I reset it all and nothing plus I tried phone in another car and worked fine.

I've had it disappear and reappear on several occasions and never understood why. If it doesn't reappear then try unplugging and plugging back in the connectors on the BT module, located under the driver's seat (RHD)
