Try some porridge for breakfast :D

Have you tried twisting it slightly back and forth as you tug it? Some girls have a good technique

I did a 2012 CAXA 1.4 tsi 122ps not so long ago, and i know what you mean!.

I was pulling so hard the front of the car lifted significantly. They did eventually come out with a lot of tugging.
The coil packs stick on the rubber boot - both on the rubber boot around the spark and on the spark plug hole in general.

As suggested if you can get any twisting action in first they should come out more easily - hard i know as they are in that stupid recessed plastic framework.

To prevent future sticking coat the porcelain part of the spark plug and the rubber seal on the coil with some dielectric silicon grease such as Dow Corning DC4.
