Well ive not really attributed to this great forum much but have kept looking in. Had close to 4 great years with the Roc but its time for a change.
Out with the old
And in with the new
Thanks for been a good forum with a wealth of knowledge guys/gals [emoji106]
Just to add, i dont know how true it is but the VW dealership ive bought the R from was saying that 2017 is the last production year for the Scirocco and there is no mk4 on the cards. vw have decided to drop the Roc [emoji22] shame like as its still a great looking car even though its dated and left over parts from other models underpinings.

Enjoy the 'R', great replacement! Your dealer is correct, this is the last production year for the Roc which is a real shame.
My guess is that one day there will be a replacement for the Roc, but will surely be on some kind of hybrid/electric drivetrain - not really the same.

All the Roc's across the range have been discounted by £3k, a sure sign they are going.
I suspect they may disappear before end of year. It may well happen when the new T Roc appears, although not a replacement obviously it may be a case of x amount of model types availabile and once the TRoc appears the real Roc disappears, but who knows.

What do you mean by T Roc? Ta.Sam63 wrote:All the Roc's across the range have been discounted by £3k, a sure sign they are going.

Sorry, I answered my own question. Thought it was something more Scirocco-related that I'd missed.
