Thank mate :) It's just normal vinyl wrap from Amazon. I cut the writing out myself following the logo online :D

Thought I'd give the number plate housing a clean as it is covered with horrible winter dirt, only to find out there's condensation inside [emoji53] and the led bulbs got abit rusty too (even though they are still working).

Anyway saw these replacement led units on eBay for £9.50, couldn't resist and bought them.
Image

And the result is ridiculous (left is led bulb, right is the new led unit replacement)[emoji41]
Image

It's brighter than my brake light... will soon find out if I'm gonna get in trouble with these [emoji23]

I've been running these for years and not had any problems - in fairness the photos make it look worse than it is

I bought the spoiler in China when I was over last year. I think they are the same as the ones you can find on eBay. Luckily mine isn't as bad as some people have experienced. If you want it perfect get the genuine one!

Anyways went for a drive at my favourite place and took some pictures :)

Mint!

What rear brakes are they? Did you have to change your master Cylinder?

The rear brakes are the forge 330mm. I haven't changed the master cylinder, spoke to forge and they said the oem cylinder is more than good enough to handle the callipers. The brakes felt great when we went to the peak district in the weekend :D only annoying thing is the knocking noise I get I brake (very often!) :/ Will try replacing the pads soon and probably find something other than EBC I think!

Let me know how you get on with Mintex mate, which compound are you going for? I saw HAWK DTC-70 available for my calipers but they are £201 instead of £89 Mintex :eyepop:

Polished, sealed and waxed with poorboys stuff over the weekend. Looking for something that will give a deeper shine/glossier look, not sure what yet tho [emoji848]

Car is looking great, mate!
Fusso wax is pretty good for depth of gloss and water behaviour is a lot of fun. Currently using Fusso Light on my Candy White. It's also pretty cheap for a 200ml pot!

Thanks mate! Yea everyone is talking about fusso!!! My friend just got me some so hopefully will give it a go when it stops raining! Do you apply wax on top of the fusso? I have been told that fusso is a sealant?

Good question! On the Nippon Shine website it comes under body sealant/wax and I'd never really thought about it until you asked.

I would say it's more like a paste sealant than anything else  I suppose you could always top it off with 'Kiwami Extreme Gloss Hybrid Wax' which is also from Nippon Shine; I've heard good things about it but am yet to try it myself!

I've heard good things about Alien:51 and Nebula from OCD Waxes too, if you want to have a look at those. :)
