Hi all,

I ordered a Scirocco R about 3 weeks ago on Lease, just had confirmation its being delivered next Wednesday and i cannot wait! As it';s a lease car I dont want to go down the route of a custom map, but have been looking at DTUK tuning boxes. There power gain figures seem very optimistic 330ps. Has anyone actually got one and got any idea what they car is actually producing when plugged in? I would expect more realistically around 310? Or is this still optimistic? Cheers Brad.

They claim 375bhp on Mk7 R and have been dyno'd at 340-350.

I suspect you'll be lucky to get 300.

I wouldn't fit one personally... Especially not to something as expensive/highly strung as an R
