So Here's a list I'll try and dig some pictures out after if I can,
in about the correct order
Fiat Strada Abarth, great engine rest was awful
Metro Turbo, again as above
Rover 100 cheap run around
Mk1 Focus 1.6, great car
Mondeo 1.6, very boring
Fiesta 1.25 Zetec, runaround
Saab 93 vector sport 1.9 tid, excellent car
Skoda Octavia VRS TDI, excellent and practical
Megane RS 275 CUP, Ridiculously fast
Current car 2.0 TDI R-line Black edition.
next car will probably be a 2.0 TDI XE sport Jag

Plus a whump of others that I've bought just to pass on again...

Picking up the VW as something sensible (and not a Saab) for the commute is going to be a lifesaver and it should be relatively decent when the road does open up.

Mine isn't much of a list

I got my first car at 18
It was a 1.2L straight 3 cylinder Citroen DS3
It was a lease deal so I had it from new
It had 83bhp but felt like a Gokart because you always had your foot to the ground

I kept it for 2 out of 3 years because I returned it early when I bought myself a 21st birthday present (3months early) so now I've got the Facelift Scirocco R after dreaming about it for 2 years!!

1990 Nissan micra 1.2gs ( cheap and reliable is all you can say about it)
1996 VW polo 1.6l (things are looking up a bit)
2000 seat Ibiza 1.4 cool/s (cheaper to run and more toys than the polo)
2005 seat Ibiza fr tdi pd130, stage 1 map to 170bhp & launch control
2012 VW scirocco gt 2.0 tsi, best car I've bought which with my list of cars isn't too hard to say...

2004 Fiat Panda, Not my choice but had great fun with it, Dukes of Hazzard would be proud
1999 Ford Focus 1.6 Zetec, Had an exhaust on it that cost more than the car, load sound system and lowered over 100mm
2003 Ford Focus 1.8 TDCI, needed a diesel and didn't want to buy my mods all over again so took all the mods off the 1.6 that i could.
2002 E46 BMW 330ci Black with Red Leather interior from an M3, Loved it wish id never sold it
2006 Mini Cooper S, Awesome little car, just too Little for my needs only had it 6 months
2006 Nissan Navara Pick up, Bought Cheap and sold for profit as a fill in car but great fun over winter
2008 Ford Focus ST, Stupidly Fast in the end, 270bhp but 350ft-lb but was only getting 15mpg plus bits started to break on it so it went
2015 Ford Ranger Wildtrack 3.2TDCI Company Car that I still have

I've had many BMW's on lease, 118d, 120d, 118d again, 320d and a 220d.

All m sport and pretty much cemented my love for German cars and now got my scirocco

Had a Mk7 Fiesta ST Mountune from new for just over 2 years and then got my lovely White facelift R, been 6 months nearly and the time had flown in, the thing makes me smile every time my foot feathers the throttle!
