Hi guys, I used to own a Scirocco and am looking at buying a R this time around. Ive seen one listed below and wanted to get your opinions on it generally and price wise. Cheers.

They've had that car for sale for a good many months, I reckon getting on for a year. They first put it up for £29,000'ish which gives a clue how long they've had it. That'd suggest that there's either something wrong with the car or with the dealer? They changed all the pictures a few weeks back but I'm convinced it's the same car.

Wouldn't get me spending that sort of $$$ at an unfranchised/unofficial dealer. Anything over 15k and I only tend to consider main dealers. Sure you pay a premium on the price of the car but i'd rather that than get ripped off in any number of ways.

Well I guess the low mileage and options should equal a much more expensive car, I specced one in the same way and it was coming out at £38k... I guess it's too good to be true. Probably a cat D write off but not declared? I'm in no rush so I'll wait for something else, but need to have them reccaro seats!

Be patient, the seats are worth it ;)
