Strange wining noise

Beginning to notice a strange wine come from the passenger front glovebox/engine area. Happens when driving around at low revs, well that's when I can hear it.

Sounds similar to a fuel pump on start up, but varies in sound level depending on engine speed.

Any ideas? Currently 400 miles from home, so hope it's not serious!

I did see a topic on here the other day for a strange engine noise, but can't seem to find it.

Maybe you tighten up the bolts of the dashboard behind the Side panel of the dash board? It's not the climatronic blower that is making the noise?

Think you are right on the climatronic blower mate. Should really have turned it off before posting.

I don't know if the problem is the blower motor but if it is you have some guidance.
