I was just messing around with the deck and now this has happened. I think pressed the eject mute and setup button. Any way to go back to how it was before [emoji52]

Now you've broken it. 
Looking at the front of the unit, it's an old LCD screen unit which are rather flaky and can lay down and die for no reason really. Be careful what you do, think about thing rather than just trying stuff.
Press and hold the left and right arrow buttons, and then press and hold the speaker button (top right) until the unit turns off. That might help. If not then you'll have to reinstall the firmware...
