Re: Ash's Candy Thread
Not a bad idea tinting them. I cracked one of mine about two days into ownership. Nearly 2 years on I think & it's still cracked

Cheers mate, yeah mine was cracked virtually on day 1 and it's over a year for me too haha, found a new one on eBay for £27 tinting film was like £4 and pretty easy to fit it's only a light smoke but it's shuttle enough I think

So unfortunately on the way to work Friday I blew an ignition coil in cylinder 2
( the diagnostics on the bluefin came in handy )
So seeing as it's mapped now decided to put some decent coils in so fitted red top beru ignition coils
And whilst they were out popped in some new NGK R Platinum spark plugs

Re: Ash's Candy Thread
So little update, the bluefin is off !!
So after the breakdown last week and blown ignition coil the bluefin actually did a
It more damage, after I fitted it the emissions light came on and then off, and after just a week of having bluefin
I'm £500 down + the £330 for bluefin , I blew a spark plug, ignition coil , bank 1 lambder sensor and pc valve to turbo, not happy would be an understatement , however car came home tonight and I'm finally happy , refund on the way from bluefin and a phone call is defiantly due

Re: Ash's Candy Thread
How did you get on with the foliac paint? Looking at caliper paint for mine?
Also your new centre caps. I've bought cheap before and they're obviously cheap, as in they're not embossed and almost like feels like a chrome vinyl onto a black background.

Re: Ash's Candy Thread
I really liked it pal definatly better than some iv used before however I recently found foliatec do a spray as well which I would of rather used but still a real nice kit they provide you with centre cap wise yes they were pretty much a shiny sticker but we're only a couple of quid and I thought for the money they were goodtyrannosauRoss wrote:How did you get on with the foliac paint?
