Do Scirocco's share the same air boxes with other VW models?

Post by Douggie1233 »

Does anybody know if the air boxes are all the same across the Scirocco range?

I need a new air box for my 2.0TSi and was wondering if I can salvage one from a different variant of Scirocco like the TDi's?. Or even, do we share the same boxes as any of the Golf models like the MK5 for example?

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks :D

There are slight differences between the diesel and petrol versions of the air filter box on 2.0 litre engines, i'm unsure if it will exactly fit.

However the air filter box is the same part number for a 2.0 litre petrol in the scirocco as it is in a Golf Mk6 and Mk5, Passat (Mk6 design) and Tiguan.
