Facelift R rear lights to pre facelift?

Post by Boydie »

Anyone know if they are a direct swop?

Anyone done it?

Anyone have part numbers?

Anyone have a price?

Did something similar with my 2007 S3 and swopped them for 2009 rear lights, looked great!!

Thanks

Right, back on this subject again but are there any rear lights that will fit a 2010 Scirocco from the OEM range over the last 5 years?

The style of rear light for my R is dated IMO. Looks decent when not lit but when they are on, they just look crap IMO - I would prefer something similar to the 2015 car but I know they don't directly fit without changing the tail gate and other parts which I am not prepared to do

Any suggestions or am I stuck with my 2010 lights?

Did a facelift come out in 2012/13 or anything??

Nope, only alternatives are aftermarket solutions, I love the look of the Dectane LED tail lights, can be bought from their website and are shown below.

Dectane do a few other styles as well.

They look awesome,if I find the right car I will look at adding those for sure. Has anyone fitted these and has any feedback?
