Lighting of knobs ac unit

Post by A3Baak »

Hi,

I don't know what to call it, but i noticed something and don't know if this is normal or not.

The lighting of the knobs in my center console, are the knobs of the ac unit supose to be dim?

They look spot on to me mate, but i'm not sure I entirely understand. All the bulbs in this picture look to be similar to me

The temperature dials, do not have backlite.

It's just something i noticed since a while, and i am asking myself if this is normal or not.
Can't find any pictures of this since i don't know how to search for this.

I don't have the same heater controls as you, but mine light up when the dash lights are on

So as in the numbers around the temperature knobs aren't lit up?

I don't have the same module as you, but to me it looks like it only lights up the one number to indicate which temperature is currently active.

I have the new 2014 climatronic panel, it doesn't have lighted knobs.

On mine, the set temperature lights up and the heated seat icon in the centre of the dial but the actual dials themselves are not lit.
