Ive been trying for weeks to get something sorted. I even bought an expensive £30 cable from Ebay to make it work. Nothing. But the apple converter worked.
However i'd like to ask you guys, do you guys have to go through a weird statup process for it to work? For it to work i have to get into the car, plug the Iphone 6 into the MDI cable + New adapter, then turn on the Radio with the on/off switch, then start the engine. Or it does seem to work if i start the Engine first and but the radio must be off. That seems to be the "must have" - the radio must be off and the phone must be plugged in before switching it on.
A little annoying... anyone else have this?
